My name is Alexis de Cazenove. I’m an aspiring game designer originally from France, although I’ve spent most of my life in the Netherlands and in Norway. I’m currently studying Creative Media & Game Technology at Saxion University, in Enschede
As an upcoming game designer, I strive to create games that push immersion to the next level by encouraging specific behaviours in players that fit their role in the game.
I enjoy exploring the unique ideas game developers come up with to create engaging gameplay and immersive experiences, and I want to put my own ideas into practice.
My passion for games has been a part of my life ever since I discovered Minecraft when I was 10 years old. It didn’t take long before I delved into many different games and game genres ranging from League of Legends to Total War games.
I began considering Game Design as my career when I realised I didn’t simply enjoy playing video games for entertainment, but also enjoyed analysing them and coming up with ideas of my own.
